Please see our Privacy Policy. We only collect information which is necessary to process and ship your order. We utilize a secure server when collecting your credit card information. If, however, you prefer to give us your credit card information by phone please call us at 866-390-7116.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all purchases shipped to Florida.
Shipping
Items are shipped out within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $5. You can expect your items to arrive in approximately one week. Rush/overnight shipping is available for an additional $20.
International Orders
We currently accept payments and ship to destinations in the U.S. and Canada. Our shipping rates are not set-up to cover the expense of overseas shipments. However, if you do live in another country and would like to purchase one or more of our products, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss the possibility with you.
Returns/Exchanges
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account on file for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Colin Maguire within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition (including hangtags and original packaging). Items which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. Please ship your item, along with a copy of your invoice and reason for the return and/or instructions for an exchange (either different item/size or store credit) to:

Size Chart
Long sleeve tee shirts have a slightly snug fit along the sides with ample length. We recommend purchasing your toddler's normal size unless you would prefer a roomier shirt.
Short-sleeve shirts run small. One size larger is recommended.

Gift Wrap
Colin Maguire tee shirts can be gift wrapped (complete with tissue, grosgrain ribbon and a sturdy square gift box) and shipped directly to your recipient for an additional for $4 per box. If ordering several gift items, they will be wrapped together in one box unless gift wrap is selected for each individual item.
